How Gift Cards Work

◄Why should I buy a gift card?: Rather than risk buying equipment that someone might not like (and then they have to go through the return/exchange process) let them choose the perfect equipment for themselves! Gift cards are a fast and convenient way to do that.
◄What will I receive when I buy a gift card?: The purchaser will receive an email with a unique code, and instructions on how to use that code to redeem the value of the gift card.
◄Can I get the gift card emailed to someone else?: For security reasons, the gift card can only be emailed to the purchaser. They can then forward that email to the person they are giving the gift card to.
◄I purchased a gift card but haven't received the email yet!: Gift cards are sent via email and may take up to 5 minutes to reach your inbox. Please also check your junk/spam folder just in case. If you haven't received the gift card after 1 hour, please contact Customer Service. The most common reason people don't receive the gift card email is that they entered a different or wrong email address during checkout. Don't stress, we'll help you resolve it, just contact us.
◄Can a gift card be used to pay for shipping and taxes?: Yes, gift cards are applied to the final order total which includes shipping and taxes.
◄Can gift cards be used in conjunction with a discount code?: Yes, gift cards are a form of payment. It can be used to pay for discounted products.
◄Can a gift card be used more than once?: Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.
◄Can more than one gift card be used towards a purchase?: Yes. A customer can redeem multiple gift cards during checkout.
◄Can gift cards be reloaded?: No, a gift card cannot be loaded with more money.
◄Can I return an item I purchased with a gift card?: Yes, the refund will be put back on the gift card.
◄Can I receive cash from gift cards?: No, a gift card can only be used to purchase items from Fitness Gear Group.
◄Can a gift card be used to buy a gift card?: No, you can't use a gift card to buy another gift card.
◄Can I use a discount code to buy a gift card?: No, discount/coupon codes cannot be used to buy a gift card.
◄Can I use a gift card and a discount code together?: Yes, just apply both codes one at a time on the "gift card and discount code" box on your checkout.
◄Can I cancel or request a refund on a gift card I purchased?: Yes, we will refund any unused funds back to the original form of payment (that the gift card was purchased with). So if you received a gift card from someone else and you request a refund, the refund will go back to the original purchaser.
◄I lost my gift card, can you issue me another one?: Yes, we can re-send the email containing the original gift card code.
